VALORANT

Working with the talented artists at Riot Games from 2021-2023 was my first introduction to stylized art. Prior to joining the team I had little experience in stylized art, however basic design theory still caries across and the VALORANT maps were additionally a good place to further hone my architectural design skills in a more romanticized and less realistic context.

Each of three VALORANT maps that I helped develop, were based on narratives where man made industrial disasters had huge impacts on otherwise natural landscapes. In the aftermath, humanity adapted to the shift in environment. This proved to be an excellent narrative device that calls for new ways at how to develop architecture in a constantly changing world.
